Some of your schools start more nonprofit partnerships each year than others. That's easy to see. What's hard to see is that the length of a partnership cycle multiplies that difference rather than evening it out. Put your schools in below.

The rows below are made up. Replace them with your own. A cycle is how long a partnership runs before the school has to renew or replace it — not how long they've had the partner. The last column is the average number of operating partnerships, over the long run.

This counts partnerships. It says nothing about what any of them are worth. A school with six well-matched partners may be doing better by its students than a school with twelve loosely connected ones, and this tool cannot see that.
It also assumes each school's pace holds steady, and that a long partnership takes about as much work to land as a short one. Those are spelled out on the reasoning page.
